CirTerra Photography
The main advantage of CirTerra, LLC Photography is CirTerra shoots exclusively “on location”. This means that the subjects can have their pictures taken in their home, at the park, in the office, or wherever they will be the most comfortable ensuring the best possible product. Particularly with children, familiar and fun surroundings translate into a great final product with natural, relaxed facial expressions. Often times a studio can create stiff, unrelaxed, forced photographs, which is not conducive for candid shots. The best approach for achieving the natural expressions is for the subject to be in a comfortable setting enjoying the event and unaware of the photographer shooting pictures.
About the photographer:
Dan Jablonka has over twenty years of photography experience shooting a variety of subjects and events including weddings, portraits, pets, travel, sporting events, organized events, and corporate parties. At seven years old, Dan was given his first camera and he immediately was fascinated with taking photographs. Using better equipment as the years passed, he started shooting seriously when he was twelve focusing on landscapes, animals, and travel. In high school Dan was the Photo Editor of the yearbook for three years becoming proficient with darkroom techniques as well as shooting sporting events, portraits, parties, rallies, candids, and weddings. After high school, Dan continued his passion for photography by shooting primarily travel and landscapes. Now, at 34 Dan is concentrating on portraits for children, adults, and pets, as well as weddings and corporate photography. All photography is done “on location” creating an opportunity to capture people in a more comfortable environment than the constraints and stress of a studio. Dan enjoys photographing children in their home or at the park where they are the most relaxed and comfortable creating the most natural photographs. Studios are easier for the photographer because the lighting and back drops can be controlled, but Dan feels that photography is ultimately about capturing the subject and Dan has produced the best results when the subject is most at east. The natural settings allow the photographer to capture unique and candid expressions which subjects often exhibit without prompting.
