Pricing

Prices vary depending on the amount of time you hire me for and how many pictures we agree I will take.

You pay me for my time, expertise, and materials.

Portraits, Animal Portraits, and Corporate/Commercial
$150 for the first hour, $100 every additional hour
plus $5 for each roll of film if film is used.
50% charged after the photo shoot, 50% charged upon delivery of Files/Negatives

Weddings
Every Wedding is different and special. Therefore I find it difficult to set standard prices. In the initial consultation we will discuss the amount of time, type of photos, possible complexities, and I will work it up from there. Once I have figured the fee, 30% is required to hold the date.

Photos (Proofs) will be delivered in one of two ways
1) Digital Proofs on CD or Online
2) 4 x 6 Proofs on Archival Paper at a cost of $0.85 each, delivered in a box for you to keep.

4 x 6 $2.75 each
5 x 7 $4.60 each
8 x 10/8 x 12 $15.00 each
11 x 14 $35.00 each

Another option is to charge a minimum price for the photo shoot then charge more for each print you want. I prefer not to do this for a number of reasons. You will want more pictures than the ones you feel comfortable ordering at the higher prices. You will only receive the pictures you order. I will retain the negatives and digitial files, proofs will be viewed online or on a CD, will be reduced in size and will have PROOF written across them to insure they can not be reproduced or printed by unauthorized parties. “My personal bias is, if the event was important enough to hire me it should be important enough to have the files and/or the negatives in your possession.” If you have the files/negatives you can make as many copies as you want, whenever you want. The price ends up being about the same either way. Why not have the files/negatives for your own use.
